The Pleasure's All Mine

This is a little visual novel side project concept that has been burning a hole in my brain for months, and I've finally set a little bit of time to get the beginnings of it into a playable form.

It's a story about how hard it can be to say no to people and what it feels like to be stuck in a cycle of people-pleasing behavior -- and, hopefully, by the end of it all, it'll also be a story of how to overcome these things.

It's VERY rough, it's meant to be more of a proof-of-concept than anything.

Currently there are three scenes.  The first two are all exposition and the third scene is where the special "saying no" mechanics start to come into play.  If you just want to try out the mechanics, there's a shortcut hidden in the "Author's Note" section of the game.
